Norah & Kyle met in a high level english class (one that Norah wasn’t supposed to be in, but she is amazing so she went through with it). From then on, they became friends and soon best friends! The rest is history!
We had the pleasure of not only planning the wedding, but photographing it too! Norah and Kyle love hiking through national parks, so what better theme than a National Park themed wedding?! Their table setting cards were national park post cards and they even are honeymooning in the National Parks starting with Yellowstone National Park. My favorite part of the tablescape was gold wolf and bear escort card holders. Yes. It happened and it was amazing!
Of course the weather in Glacier National Park is always somewhat questionable and this early June wedding day was no exception. The day started off rainy with just hints of sunshine. The rain didn’t let up for their ceremony, so we were pushed inside, but the love and joy made sure to outshine the weather. Kyle absolutely loved seeing his bride come down the aisle and you could tell by the look on his face that this moment was one he had been waiting for. There honestly wasn’t a dry eye in the house when he started tearing up! He even got US a bit! Grief!!
We were able to sneak outside quickly for some lovely wedding party and newlywed pictures before it rained us out again, buuuuuut they were pretty much amazing. Especially the “Hand of the King” pin that the best man wore. So brilliant if you’'re looking for Game of Thrones wedding inspiration.
From there, the couple had a lovely reception with close family and friends. They danced the night away with basically the best wedding playlist we’ve ever heard.
