Chico Hot Springs is such a beautiful setting to have a wedding and that’s why it’s one of our favorite venues! The mountains in the background give off such an adventurous feel and you can see the valley below for days! The couple’s sage green and white color palette looked absolutely stunning against the hillside. I mean, this is the stuff of dreams. The wind picked up and it made for some fun wedding party photos, whipping that hair back and forth. To say that there was all heart eyes over here is an understatement.
After their sweet little intimate ceremony in the courtyard, they were swept away by a horse drawn carriage. There’s really nothing more romantic than that. The white horses and rustic carriage really set the mood and complimented the cowboy boots! Caroline had two dresses for her wedding day from BHLDN. Her first dress was a Meghan Markle wedding dress lookalike with a thin, silk silhouette and long sleeves. The open boat neckline, lace open back, and thigh slit made it an absolute showstopper. Justin’s reaction to their first look was so priceless! Her second dress was an adorable white cocktail dress with tassels for the skirt. It made it so much easier for dancing!
HOW THEY MET
C&J met ten years ago right out of high school at the local gas station in Townsend, where they now have a home. She was visiting for a summer and he was working for his dad on the farm. She told her friend the minute she saw him that she was going to marry that boy aaaand…. here we go! A decade later after some ups and downs, they are married!
