These two not only were married at the gorgeous Chico Hot Springs resort’s Field of Dreams, but they tied the theme of the mountains through to their ceremony decor. The cake elements were natural, just like the outdoors, and even the reception space had the perfect open space with rock siding for the fireplace. It really felt like a lodge up in the mountains.

There are SO many reasons to get married in a National Park but obviously a big reason is for the VIEWS! Glacier National Park is the perfect place to elope or get married. You do need a $100 permit, and there are even amphitheaters that you can reserve for your ceremony! Lake McDonald or Many Glacier are both absolutely stunning wedding options. One of the best parts of having your wedding in a National Park is that you get to have the stunning scenery for your pictures. You could even adventure a bit and hike a trail with your love! What could be better than spending your wedding day on an adventure?! We suggest sporting some comfortable shoes!

It’s true what they say, there really is no place like home. These two got married at the groom’s family ranch. Not only were they able to spare themselves the cost of a venue, but they truly got everything they wanted. They were able to find a tents so their reception seating and rockin band was covered from the sun.


If you’re one of those couples who lives on the ranch and your groom doesn’t go anywhere without his cowboy hat, embrace it! Not only can you and your girls wear your cowgirl boots too, but the cake can be decorated with boots and hats! Western, cowboy and even country wedding themes are very popular and they give brides a wide latitude in choosing how formal or informal they want their wedding to be, since western can easily be both! When it comes to accessories and decorations, it is the little touches that can make all the difference.


Not only did these two have a timeless color palette, but their wedding theme was singing in the rain! They even pulled out an old ladder for their pictures. and I had our beautiful bride twirling at every moment! We were even so lucky that a rainbow popped out too! The ever so wonderful stylings of Katalin Green really made the details pop! So it really is good luck when it rains on your wedding day! The Riverside Country Club in Bozeman, Montana couldn’t have made for a prettier backdrop!
